What Will Come, and How
Crafted in the moment, with strings wrapped in gluing tape and vibrations tuned to the resonance of 432 Hz, this composition emerges as a meditation on the unknown. It is the sound of anticipation—a raw, textured exploration of what lies ahead and the mysterious paths we take to meet it.
Each tone hums with earthy imperfection, softened by the embrace of tape, yet brimming with the clarity of intention. The music unfolds like a question, its answer whispered by the future. This is not a melody bound by rules but a conversation with the unseen—a dialogue of creation, transition, and wonder.
“What Will Come, and How” invites you to pause, to listen deeply, and to feel the edges of tomorrow as they ripple into today

Crossroads of Resonance
“Crossroads of Resonance” is an instant composition, created spontaneously and tuned to the healing frequency of 432 Hz. It reflects a suspended space between moments, inviting into a world of stillness and introspection. The music unfolds freely, with every note a gentle breath, holding space for quiet reflection.
Playing a prepared African Travel Kora, the piece creates a unique blend of sounds, where each note transforms and resonates in unexpected ways. “Crossroads of Resonance” is an exploration of presence—being neither here nor there, but fully in the moment. It calls the to embrace stillness, to tune into the subtle frequencies that resonate within and around us.

Entwined
I’m playing two flutes and a simple frame drum, weaving sounds that mirror my thoughts. This is process music—gentle and deliberate, with dissonances that echo the shifting flow of the river outside my window.
Floods are everywhere around Wroclaw. The river is high, and the wave is coming soon. Tonight, on the 18th, they say the flood will peak and linger for days. The mayor assures us it will be fine, but the uncertainty feels heavy. We’re holding our breath, waiting together.

The Water Is Coming
It is September 2024. Floods have struck areas around Wroclaw. Several towns have already been flooded, and river levels remain dangerously high. A flood wave is approaching, and it is expected to peak in two days. The wave will last for several days. The mayor assures everyone that things will be fine, but a significant challenge lies ahead.
I haven’t published any music in a long time—life, art, and many things have kept me busy.

Sonic Stillness - improv
This was supposed to be a musical rehearsal of long notes—extended sounds and nothing more. But I got carried away.
Another month has passed since my last publication. In that time, I have been immersed in music: practicing, working, traveling, and playing concerts. I’ve discovered that using my digital recorder is easier and faster than connecting everything to a computer and setting it up. I selected one of the recordings I made in Wrocław, edited it down, and did some simple mastering. This is the result.

Improvisation on Birbynė
I feel like I’m back in Wrocław, continuing my process music journey with new equipment. I warmed up with the instruments, space, and gear. This time, Matthieu brought a second Sennheiser e835 dynamic microphone, which belonged to Kate. It strengthened the sound of my birbyne. With both microphones carefully positioned, the sound became much richer and fuller, allowing the birbyne to be heard clearly.
Instead of separate audio, I focused on syncing the video and audio for this session—it was a balancing act!

Inspiring Failure
Wow, it’s been almost a month since my last recording. Though I’ve been practicing, inspiration just wasn’t coming. I tried recording, but nothing felt right. Today, I decided to share this ‘failure’ as part of my Process Music journey. In Wrocław, I recorded loops on a synthesizer, and now in Tarnów, I’m capturing whatever arises naturally. Thankfully, I had my Bulgarian kaval to guide the process.

Echoes of Sorrow
As simple as it may seem (inspirations are rarely logical), this improvised impression reflects my experience with back pain. It was a significant part of my life for some time but has fortunately faded into the background.

Transylvanian Fluier
This is an improv piece I created some time ago as part of my music process. I started with a simple background track and let myself tune into it until the magic happened.
The Transylvanian flute I’m using has a unique setup, with the reed positioned opposite the finger holes. This design, along with the traditional lower lip technique, produces a distinct, slightly distorted tone. It allows me to bend the pitch, creating a special sound that lets me feel fully connected to the instrument.

The Window Sill’s Secret
28. April 8th, 2024 Tarnów
This synthetic window sill remnant, with its oblong chambers and rectangular cross-section, becomes a unique instrument for sound exploration. Requiring deep focus and sensitivity, the nearly 3-meter rectangular tube produces sound that changes with subtle shifts in concentration and projection. This process highlights the unique properties of synthetic sound chambers in music.”
P.S. My work on-site is complete! Off to Bratislava for the ‘SACRUM’ performance, then back home to Wrocław 🙂 Home sweet home.
Emerging Tranquility
27. March 24th, 2024 Tarnów
The creation of Emerging Tranquility brought a welcome relief. While coping with immunosuppressive drugs, I found comfort in this meditative improvisation. It embodies the essence of process music—a style that thrives on flow and evolution. Reflecting on last weekend’s Soulful Solace, I aimed to refine its clarity but instead discovered a new musical journey.
Working with the piano and the ‘Sitar Soundtrack Pad,’ what began as a simple adjustment evolved into a serene composition. The music unfolded effortlessly, becoming a calming experience—a true journey towards tranquility, both musically and personally.
